Who is OTOK ZB 11?
OTOK ZB 11 (pronounced OTOK Zed Bee Eleven) is an intermediary between the Sky and the Earth. Together with the other Beings of Light that have been asked to help the planet Earth, OTOK ZB 11 is listening to the needs of mankind and is helping mankind to sustain and increase its awareness in order to strengthen all of humanity.
He is the representation of the Congiuntore and through the Congiuntore is assisting those, who so desire, to go deeper within themselves and to love and respect themselves even more.
His objective is to increase the awareness of human beings in their daily lives and for humanity to recognize its true potential.
He feels the love emanating from the hearts of humans even if the persons action doesn’t demonstrate love. Through these energetic waves of love he is linked to man and he desires that everything be intermingled with Divine Love.

INTRODUCTION TO THE CONGIUNTORE
What is the Congiuntore?
The Congiuntore is an energy card that has been activated by the KatarmarKT team through telepathic contact with the Being of Light named OTOK ZB 11 (pronounced OTOK Zed Bee Eleven). Generally, Beings of Light are forms of energy that work with love and light. The role of the Beings of Light in contact with the KatarmarKT group is to help mankind establish the necessary priorities for humans to live in harmony.
The Congiuntore is an energetic vibratory instrument connecting the Earth to the Sky and vice versa. It has 2 purposes:
i) to extract non-harmonic energy from all living things; and
ii) to activate the positive energy in all living things.
The Congiuntore is in essence a means of inviting the Being of Light, OTOK ZB 11 to assist in a particular situation as the Congiuntore acts as a portal or gateway for OTOK ZB 11.
In order for the Congiuntore to be effective, it must first be activated by means of an alpha numerical code. This unique code has been provided to the KatarmarKT team by the Being of Light OTOK ZB 11. The KatarmarKT team activate each Congiuntore by way of a special rite.
How does the Congiuntore work?
The Congiuntore acts as a stimulator of all the bodily and spiritual senses and, as all is connected, the Congiuntore works on the future potential of the human being. It works by stimulating knowledge from a higher level of understanding and assists in transferring this higher level of understanding to the users future potential being. The change in the potential being has a positive knock on effect on the current being due to the increased awareness by the user of being a highly evolved spirit rather than just a physical body.
In effect the Congiuntore acts as a portal for the Being of Light, OTOK ZB 11, with his higher level of spiritual understanding and knowledge, to be present when the Congiuntore is in use and for him to amplify the intentions of the user. In essence, the use of the Congiuntore is another way of asking for help from the Beings of Light to assist in a particular situation that the user wishes to change.
Understandably, the Congiuntore is configured such that it activates all things only with positive energy. The Congiuntore cannot be used to amplify non-harmonic energy, due to the involvement of the Beings of Light that are interacting with the Earth to assist the Earth through a time of great change. If an attempt is made to do so then the energy will simply dissipate.
What can it be used for?
OTOK ZB 11 has suggested that some of the areas the Congiuntore can help are to:
• extract non-harmonic energy from anything it is used on e.g. water, food, medicines, people, cigarettes, wounds/injuries, space (homes, offices etc);
• rebalance any lack of energy and in stimulating positivity;
• enhance the possibility of experiencing emotions without losing your centre;
• harmonize interpersonal relations;
• rebalance the chakras and the subtle bodies;
• reactivate self esteem and bring about increased positively in your energetic channels;
• stimulate inner peace;
• reactivate living with awareness in your daily lives;
• strengthen your intention and your self-respect;
• improve your quality of life through increased awareness;
and
• align the Earth’s axis (see below a message from another Being of Light, Ashtar Sheran, for further details on how this can be achieved).
Some of the things that the Congiuntore acts energetically on are:
• H2O;
• crystals;
• chakras and the subtle bodies of humans;
• ‑different bodily parts of all living creatures including humans, plants and food.
Some suggested uses for the Congiuntore
• It can be very beneficial to one’s health to cleanse drinking water by using the extracting action.
• When we take a shower or a bath, we can place the Congiuntore on the taps with the extracting side facing down in order to purify the auric field and to energise it.
• If we want to maintain the health of our plants and to let them grow to their full potential, it is beneficial to put the extracting side of the Congiuntore on the tap and then to use this water to water the plants.
• It can be especially helpful to harmonize the energy of food before we eat it. OTOK ZB 11 has suggested we
i) state the following sentence:
I ask OTOK ZB 11, through the Congiuntore, that the food we are about to eat resonates with my body and that the food is transformed into vital force.
ii) use the extracting action and
iii) use the activating action but with only 1 circle in a clockwise direction. Any containers are also to be touched with the activating side.
HOW TO USE THE CONGIUNTORE
The Congiuntore has two functions
i) extracting non-harmonic energy; and
ii) activating positive energy.
Extracting Action
Counterclockwise rotation
The extracting action takes place by moving the Congiuntore in a circle with the extracting side facing downwards in a counter clockwise direction a minimum of 3 times. The Congiuntore should be a few centimetres from the object from which you want to absorb the non-harmonic energy. For example, water, crystals, vegetation, foods, chakras, medicines, cigarettes, injuries/traumas, burns and cuts and different bodily parts of all living creatures including humans.
Activating Action
Clockwise rotation
The activating action takes place by moving the Congiuntore in a circle with the activating side facing downwards in a clockwise direction a minimum of 3 times. The Congiuntore should touch the object you wish to activate with positive energy. For example, water, crystals, vegetation, foods, chakras, medicines, cigarettes, injuries/traumas, burns and cuts and different bodily parts of all living creatures including humans.
It is advised that the extracting action is used before the activating action in order for the extracting action to absorb any non-harmonic energy. This allows the activating of positive energy to be more effective.
It is highly recommended to leave the Congiuntore in its closed box when not in use. When the Congiuntore is placed in the closed box, then the Congiuntore is not working as the box contains a special alphanumeric code to stop the Congiuntore from doing so.

The Congiuntore brings a new opportunity for the Earth and its inhabitants through the vibration of love. This love, that has been hidden within human beings, can be brought to the forefront through the use of the Congiuntore and it can help to manifest the highest part of our divine self.
The Congiuntore gives you the opportunity to listen to yourself, to know your true self and to be in charge of your own life. This means that everybody can find in themselves the resources to pass through life’s challenges. The process of transformation also assists in detachment from a mundane existence. Hence, the Congiuntore is no more than a vibration that is a part of yourself which is able to sustain you in the process of recognizing your true self. This vibration is a message that is available to everybody but is produced in proportion to one’s willingness to allow oneself to receive the message.
Love is within you all. Therefore the Congiuntore, which works with love, will produce a positive opportunity in every situation.
People who come in contact with this instrument can have benefits at multiple levels. However, in order to enhance the love grid of the Earth then one can unite with other people who are also operating at this level of vibration. This will help the love grid to reach a frequency that is in harmony with the Earth.

The Congiuntore does not change the object it is directed at but it enhances the possibility of transformation. It influences the electromagnetic field of your body, of your organs and of your blood circulation. It works on your vital force by sustaining and developing it.
Even if one uses the Congiuntore without conviction or belief in its usefulness, it still brings to that individual a higher level of understanding because the Congiuntore increases the potential of the being, even if the being is unaware of its own full potential. How you can use the Congiuntore to help align the Earth’s Axis
The following is a message received by the KatarmarKT team from the Being of Light, Ashtar Sheran. Ashtar Sheran is the Being of Light in charge of awakening man’s consciousness and in bringing new concepts to Earth. He is also described by many as the Supreme Comander of the Intergalectic Command.
The Congiuntore can help you to find harmonic frequency with the Earth, because frequency is a means of interaction and when we work on similar frequencies, there is communication and union. The Congiuntore produces vibrations that are linked with the planet Earth and opens interdimensional gates to help sustain the eco-system. The eco-system which has been so severely tested and has brought the Earth to its knees by the ever increasingly non-harmonic actions of mankind. These non-harmonic actions of mankind have been and are being amplified by the movement in the inclination of the Earth’s axis which is without a foreseeable end.
The Congiuntore is an energetic instrument to rebalance the Earth’s equilibrium and the gravitational force which has been altered by non-harmonic waves of energy. Each person who comes into contact with the Congiuntore has the ability to assist the planet Earth in rebalancing the shift in the inclination of the Earth’s axis through the use of the Congiuntore in a specific manner.
In order to assist the planet Earth the Congiuntore should be placed with the activating side standing in the open box (as shown in the photo below) facing North-East. This should be performed each night from 10 pm until the morning. This action will help construct an energetic bridge between the North Pole and the South Pole and also a dimensional energetic bridge between the past and the future.

Ashtar Sheran definition of Energy
Energy is all that allows movement and the existence of the whole universe. It is included in every structure, its distribution is omnipresent. Energy is all that allows movement, all that allows evolution and all that allows consciousness. This is the basic concept of Energy. It should not be interpreted only in its physical meaning because that is a restrictive concept of Energy.
Energy is that which allows life and the evolution of life itself, because all in the universe is living, everything takes part of evolution and all is Energy.
SCIENTIFIC EXPERIMENTATION
We believe that the Congiuntore can be of help to bring harmony in many different ways and this has certainly been the experience of the vast majority of people who have come into contact with and used the Congiuntore. However, we did not only want to rely solely on people’s experience and have attempted to conduct various scientific experiments at differing laboratories in Italy. Scientific explanation and proof of such esoteric changes brought about from the use of the Congiuntore is quite challenging to prove and it is an ongoing process within KatarmarKT.
An overview of some of the initial scientific studies that have been conducted and their results are shown below. The full report from each of these 3 studies is available upon request.
The dark field microscopy is a research technique used to evaluate the morphology (shape and structure) of blood cells by means of a high index microscope. This technique has been used to view the effect of the Congiuntore on a drop of blood in the presence of a control sample. This research found that using the activating action of the Congiuntore had 3 significant effects:
1) The previously observed parasites in the blood were no longer present after the activating action was performed;
2) The fibrin mass significantly disapeared in the blood sample; and
3) The red blood cells assumed regular patterns with minimal overlapping rather than the normal random formation.
The research also found that the extracting action induced amoeboid mobility into the white blood cells that were previously motionless.
No such changes were detected in the control samples of blood that were tested in the same manner.
Sensitive Crystallization
Sensitive Crystallization is a diagnostic based method proved by the chemist, Dr. E. Pfeiffer (1899-1961), who consulted with Rudolf Steiner – the founder of Anthroposophy - in 1917. Sensitive Crystallization is a method of measuring any changes in the morphogenetic field via the measurement of change in the formation of crystals created from organic (e.g. food) or inorganic (e.g. water) substances.

The Laboratory of the Associazione per la Cristallizzazione Sensibile concluded that: the Congiuntore had a significant effect on the molecular assembly and organisation of the crystal. To this end, a more organised and pure crystal was created under the influence of the Congiuntore.
Computerized finger tip analysis
It is a well documented fact that the energy from different chakras in the body can be measured through techniques such as Kirlian photography and computerized finger tip analysis. The latter is a method of capturing an electro-photo of a person’s energetic aura as emitted from his/her fingertips. The analysis of these electro-photo’s can highlight potential harmonies and disharmonies that exist in the person’s bio-energetic structure.
